WHAT IS A MOVEMENT PRACTICE?

Our practice has been specifically developed to create the most moveable, capable body possible. It's unprecedented in its approach to building a solid base to move from.

We put a spin on the foundations of movement and focus on qualities like strength, mobility and spinal awareness, looking at them in a new way. The end result is better overall movement, longevity, freedom and all the attributes that come from the more traditional workout.

But what is it that you do? What is it like?

We spend a ton of time trying to articulate what it is that we do inside of our movement practice, it's not such an easy thing. Reason being is there has not been a method prior to this that teaches people how to TRULY move better, a more rounded approach to physicality. With that it's difficult to place it in a box. From the outside it looks like many different things: gymnastics, yoga, dance, martial arts, circus - to name a few. We've taken the gems from these practices and have amalgamated our own. 

But we also understand that it's helpful to have an idea before picking up something new as to what to expect, so here are a few examples of some of the isolated pieces or foundational sessions that we may get into during any given week. You can also check out our instagram page for more.
