WEEKLY LESSONS

Each week a recorded video is uploaded exploring in detail a topic relating to our broad and varied approach to movement.

This is a self paced course designed to allow you to move as you wish providing you with materials to understand the topic of the week. Sample topics include, ground movement, spine mobility, balance (including handstand), strength, soft acrobatics and much more.

Each session includes:

  • Recorded video instruction that details both the practical work as well as theory and conceptual understanding of the material. We’ll occasionally include one of our recorded live classes so that you can have the feel of being in the studio with others.

  • A simple written program with guided sets, reps, time, and frequency to allow you the greatest opportunity for success within each session.

  • Email support from TMS coaches to help troubleshoot any general practice questions you may have.

THIS ONLINE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO HELP BOTH BEGINNERS AND MORE SEASONED PRACTITIONERS FIND THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WORLD OF MOVEMENT AT THEIR OWN PACE.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

A recorded session is posted every Sunday evening 8pm CST. Additionally, there is a written program with details of the recording, including problem areas and how to troubleshoot.

We keep 8 sessions in rotation at any given time. Each week the oldest session is removed to make way for the next so that the content stays fresh and evolves.
