THE NOURISHED BODY

A fully embodied practice means nourishing ourselves in every way, deepening our understanding of the natural, biological principles that support a healthy life. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, and what we put on our skin all profoundly impact our energy and vitality. After decades of research and experimenting we’ve put together an initial short list of some of our favorite resources to help in the quest to a more wholly developed body/mind.
