    Once weekly we explore the process building towards a consistent and reliable handstand - and other balance skills. This is an all levels opportunity to focus on improving the structure and possibilities of body-mind in a safe way. We’ll address capacity, alignment, and balance that is scalable for anyone interested in this rich skill.
