MOVEMENT INTRO SESSIONS
This class is a practical introduction to our varied movement approach.
We’ll explore practices to improve strength, mobility, and coordination using simple yet potent movement patterns. We’ll break down crawling, squatting, hanging, balancing, and other essential movements that help you move better, preparing you for more advanced practices later on.
If you’re new to movement practice or just want to rebuild a strong foundation, this class is a great place to start.
What You’ll Learn:
How to improve joint mobility and range of motion
How to build bodyweight strength without needing a gym
How to move with better control, coordination, and confidence
How to use movement as a long-term tool for staying active and injury-resistant.
There is no cost for this session other than your focus and attention for 75 minutes.
