GUIDED RECORDED WEEKLY LESSONS
Each week, we explore one topic in depth through a guided recorded session drawn from our live Monday class. Topics may include ground movement, spinal mobility, balance, handstands, strength, coordination, soft acrobatics, and other foundational layers of our work.
This course is self-paced, allowing you to study and practice in a way that fits your schedule. Each recording includes both practical movement material and the larger concepts behind the work, so you can better understand not only what you are practicing, but why.
You can join through the weekly recorded course, or drop in for a live Monday session when you want to practice with us in real time.

THIS ONLINE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO HELP BOTH BEGINNERS AND MORE SEASONED PRACTITIONERS FIND THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WORLD OF MOVEMENT AT THEIR OWN PACE.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
A recorded session is posted every Monday evening 8pm CST. We keep 4 sessions in rotation at any given time. Each week the oldest session is removed to make way for the next so that the content stays fresh and evolves.
