ABOUT ONLINE COACHING

You’ve been directed here because you’re interested in working with us through personal programming and online coaching. We receive many questions about our process, pricing, and expectations, so we want to provide clarity upfront so you can decide whether this approach is the right fit for you.

Online coaching is not for everyone. Our process works best for individuals who are genuinely interested in practice, self-observation, and long-term development. While the work is self-paced and highly individualized, it also asks for consistency, curiosity, and engagement.

We tailor each program to the individual as much as possible, but more than simply delivering exercises, we are interested in helping students develop a deeper relationship with movement, and through movement, a deeper understanding of themselves.

Before inquiring further, here are a few important considerations:

This may be a good fit if:

  • You are willing to practice consistently throughout the week.
This varies depending on your goals, experience, and current capacity, but most students practice anywhere from 45 minutes to several hours daily.

  • You are interested in studying movement more broadly, not just isolated skills.
While specific skills may be included (handstands, locomotion, coordination, strength development, etc.), our approach is centered around understanding movement as an integrated practice rather than simply chasing singular achievements.

  • You are open to a longer-term process.
Meaningful adaptation, refinement, and change take time. Our coaching is designed to support sustained growth rather than quick fixes or short-term intensity.

Online Coaching Includes:

  • An initial Zoom consultation to assess movement history, goals, and current needs

  • A personalized written program with video demonstrations where applicable

  • Ongoing video review and feedback on submitted practice sessions

  • Continued support throughout the coaching process via email communication and movement review

  • Guidance in supportive lifestyle practices when relevant, including sleep, recovery, nutrition, stillness, and overall practice structure

Each program evolves over time, but the first phase generally spans approximately two months. This allows enough time to build context, establish consistency, and begin making meaningful adjustments to the process.
